Consera is a software-only digital concierge for hotels. Guests scan a QR code and message the property team from their phone — no app, no install. Staff run the whole property from a dashboard on any tablet.
A single console replaces the walkie-talkies, the paper logs, and the guest app nobody downloads. Nothing to install, nothing to procure.
Tablets and printers are the property's own. Consera runs on whatever they already have.
Front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and admin all sit behind a single staff sign-in.
PMS integration only resets occupancy and archives old chats between guests. Nothing else touches the PMS.
Every active room thread, guest requests, staff notes, task creation.
Task board filtered to housekeeping — check off as rooms are done.
Task board filtered to maintenance.
Everything — rooms, delivery modes, QR cards, printing, settings.
One credential, issued at check-in, three ways to hand it over — all running on the same engine underneath.
QR printed on or with the room key. The card is the key — no code to type.
QR plus a 5-letter access code on the check-in slip. Works at any property with zero integration.
QR on the room TV plus a rotating PIN on screen. A per-stay PIN defeats old photos.
Guest access and staff access are strictly separated — the default flow is two-factor by design, and the same controls apply on cloud and on-premises deployments.
The default credential is the QR plus the 5-letter code, rate-limited against guessing. Failed attempts lock the code out; tokens rotate at every check-out so a past guest's link is dead.
Staff sign in with a rate-limited, scrypt-hashed PIN plus an optional RFC 6238 TOTP authenticator app. Sessions are server-side and revocable.
Conversations and guest notes live on infrastructure the hotel controls — cloud or on-premises. No third-party tracking, no ads, no data resale.
Every chat is logged, archived as durable JSON, and cleared before the next guest arrives.
Held back on purpose, not by oversight — each one keeps the base product simple and cheap to run.
Bespoke and expensive to build; not part of the base product. See the roadmap.
Software only. Tablets, printers, and receipt printers are the property's own.
Staff answer every message; the app routes and tracks, it doesn't reply on their behalf.
We're not asking for a commitment to a full roadmap up front. We're asking for a trial — real guests, real staff, one property — and a straight conversation afterward about what's next.
Consera runs on your property for a fixed trial window, on the existing MVP. No hardware to buy, no PMS rework — just the receipt-slip flow live at the front desk.
At the end of the trial, we sit down with front desk, housekeeping, and admin and review what worked, what got in the way, and whether it earned its place at the desk.
If the trial earns your continued investment, we open a prioritized feature roadmap — built around what your property actually asked for, not a generic backlog.
We're piloting with a small number of hotels. Standing it up at yours is a conversation, not a project.
